The building was designed using wood truss roof, steel stud floors with cement board flooring for the nursing wings and conventional masonry and steel joist one story construction for the administration wing. Project completion date is 2009 at an estimated cost of
$ 12,000,000.

The second project consisted of a one-story addition of approximately 20,000 SF. It was constructed of wood truss roof and wood stud walls.

Project consisted of renovating an existing facility. The building was constructed in the 1940’s, 1950’s and 1960’s. The project included removal of walls and reframing the structure and designing various repairs to the building.
