The project consists of the renovation and addition to a 43,000 SF existing office building for use as offices, training center and clinic for providing mental health services to homeless people.
Medical Office Building
Willoughby, Ohio
Project consists of the design of a two story medical building that will be used for both doctors’ offices and outpatient medical procedures. Provisions for a future CAT Scan facility is included in the design. The building is constructed using concrete foundation walls, precast concrete floor; wood framed wood floor and roof. The structural system was selected for economy and flexibility.

Project consisted of designing a three-story state-of-the-art medical office building. The building was constructed of steel joists and structural steel frame with an underground parking garage. Interior of the building included medical facilities and lecture facilities.
CAT Scan and X-RAY Installations
Rockside Center, Independence, Ohio
Doctor’s Offices, Beachwood, Ohio
The two projects consisted of designing building additions to house high-energy x-ray equipment for diagnostic and treatment purposes. The additions were one-story buildings, constructed of concrete panels for both structure and shielding. Equipment foundations were included in the project.
Westlake Dental Center
Westlake, Ohio
Project consisted of designing a state-0f –the-art dental offices. The building was a one-story building with a full basement. The superstructure was designed using wood trusses and wood walls. The floor system was concrete and steel joist.
Medical Building
Pottsville, Ohio
Project consisted of designing a new medical office building for a general medical practice. The building was a one-story building. It was constructed of light wood framing and wood roof trusses.
Anderson Eye Clinic and Physical Therapy Facility
Garretsville, Ohio
Project consisted of converting an existing building into an eye treatment clinic and physical therapy facility. The existing building was extensively modified for architectural features as well as the physical therapy rooms. The rooms included depressed areas for therapy pools.
